Learning to thrive without the caffeine – Kate Christiansen talks Organisational Change

On Sunday 26 February 2017 we held our first Professional Workshop titled The Thrive Cycle – Dealing with Organisational Change. We were honoured to be joined by Kate Christiansen, an organisational change specialist. Kate has over 20 years experience leading change within organisations around the globe, and is the creator of The Thrive Cycle™, a framework that “enables organisations to define, develop and measure adaptive capability in a relevant way”.

Just before joining us Kate presented the workshop in Singapore. The workshop was presented as a masterclass for experienced leaders and we all left with a passion and ambition to support and create more adaptive organisations.

More about Kate can be found on her website.
